What Happens Now?

Cut metal strapping, and remove all screws to break down the wooden crate, including side walls, for easy access to items. Pull out all components and accessories first, along with foam packaging.

Carefully carry the fire pit into place (at least two strong people are recommended). The gas stub is to be positioned inside the base. Adjust leveling feet as needed. Carry pieces separately if your fire pit has a bottom and overhanging top. When moving the base, keep the top on a protected surface, such as a drop cloth.

Have your gas specialist connect the component system. The gas line connection is within the shell of the fire pit, and the pan and burner are placed in the recess opening. Please see the Warming Trends manual included for detailed instructions.

Small lava rock media is meant to cover the entire concrete recess area and pan. Make sure not to cover the ports of the burner. Then, assemble large lava rock in a pyramid stack allowing gaps for the flame to travel through. See included diagram.
